My Story

I grew up in Gunung Rapat, Ipoh — and built my life entirely from the ground up.

1995

Into Real Estate

Left behind instability to build a new life. Started as a sole agent — the beginning of 30+ years in property. From clerk and tour guide to founding her own realty.

2000s – 2010s

Developer & Founder

Founded Chan Regency Realty. Co-developed industrial estates and residential projects across the Klang Valley alongside mentors, developers, bankers, and architects.

2022

Crisis. Courage. Rebirth.

Lost everything — income, partnership, direction. Chose to heal. Trained in the Satir Growth Model and discovered that healing is not weakness — it is the bravest choice a person can make.
